Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days after purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for full refund. Your Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened box.
In case of a damaged products from delivery we will take care of all shipping costs and send replacement with priority post at no extra cost.
All returns are carefully inspected by our technicians with photo documentation of each item + barcodes and each boxes.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, order number, name and email address used on the original order.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer in USA.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, used, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected with a photo proof matching the original purchase, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancel orders
We can not cancel orders that are in shipping process. Orders must be returned by buyers and be unopened.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or upgrade to bigger systems then please send us an email at info@berkey-waterfilters.co.uk or call us at +44 333 011 6488 and we will send you return instructions and details.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your item was damaged or had a manufacturers fault upon delivery. We recommend DHL or DPD - tracked & signed by delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you have a damaged unit or manufactures faulty item.
Depending on where you live in the UK, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Items like Berkey Waterfilters should always be shipped using a trackable shipping service or with shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
